Refund policy

Because our items are handmade, collectible, and often limited-edition, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Miamorhearts@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
